Competitive racing is staged throughout the year, organised by the Barbados Cycling Union, and local riders have successfully competed in the Central American, Commonwealth and Olympic Games. Barbados is also an attractive destination for Mountain Bikers, thanks to the numerous scenic roads and off-road trails to be found all over the island.
