Baxter's Road Fish Fry is one of the oldest outdoor food stops in Barbados. Recently revived and upgraded, these street vendors have been relocated to a quiant food village on the corner of Westbury Road and Passage Road. Grilled and Fried fish is served with a hearty variety of starches, salads and vegetables.
