Sea Breeze Beach House presents the bespoke dining experience 'Desserts for Dinner'. This new concept is the first of its kind in Barbados, a wonderful and refreshing sweet addition to the Barbados Food & Rum Festival. Internationally acclaimed Pastry Chef Simon Jerkins from the United kingdom has paired some of his masterpieces with our celebrated culinary team led by Chef Michael Harrison and Chef Ron Maynard. The evening begins with an elegant cocktail hour featuring wonderful canapes and champagne station before the sweet menu takes you on a journey of Caribbean flavours mingling with our interpretation of traditional Bajan recipes deconstructed into stunning desserts.
