Four of the 6-bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms custom-designed by the Italian company Milldue with fittings from Treemme Siena Italy. The master bedroom also features its own private balcony and his-and-hers walk in closets.
The two "cottage" bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom which also features high spec Milldue with Treemme Siena Italy fittings.
The open concept of the villa adds a fluidity to the main living areas with the TM Italia kitchen overlooking the private courtyard with its saltwater pool. The dining room and living room are the epitome of relaxation with their uninterrupted sea views and the calming sound of the gentle waves.
One can enjoy the sea views and sunsets on the spacious patio, which is ideal for light entertaining or simply relaxation. A private staircase leads from the patio directly to the powdery white sands of the beach below. Also accessed by this private staircase is the beach level of this unique villa, comprising 1,700 square feet and boasting a private cinema and gym room with fabulous views.
